Included in this plan is a week of carefully selected meals and beverages to support you as a newly postpartum mother, along with an easy to follow grocery list and delicious recipes. This plan focuses on nutrients like calcium for enriching breastmilk and bone health, magnesium for reducing the likelihood of headaches, and choline for strengthening both mother and baby’s microbiome. There is also a focus on warm, easily digestible foods and traditional warming spices. The meal options are made with 7 or less ingredients with shorter prep time. This plan is based on a 2 person household, but if you have different needs, please reach out to me directly for more customized plans!
